Services Provided

New and Remodel Construction: We provide turnkey installations of our Building Management (BMS), Energy Management (EMS) and Temperature Control (TC) Systems.
• Site Surveys
• Engineering Design, Programming, Commissioning
• System Layout drawings, Specification Assistance, Controls Installation
• Air Purification Design and Installation
• Cooling Tower Design

Emergency Service: (for all of our HVAC equipment and controls.)
• TelephoneTelephone Support: Available during normal working hours.
Troubleshooting: Radio dispatched technicians to solve system problems.
Repair: Emergency repair is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Response: Within 2 hours of the first call.

Routine Service:
Standard Service Agreements - for in-warranty service and out-of-warranty service for all products that we represent.
Preventative Maintenance Agreements - to ensure the efficiency of your HVAC equipment and control products.
Inspect and Repair Service Agreements - tailored to meet your building's needs.
Telephone Support Agreements - for technical support that is as close as your phone.
Equipment Replacement - Providing solutions to replace old worn out equipment or controls with new energy efficient products.

Replacement Parts: (some parts available within 48 hours)
• Replacement HVAC parts for CCS cooling towers.
• Replacement parts for Secure Aire systems.
• Replacement parts for all Control products that we represent plus many more.

Training:
• Factory authorized training provided in-house on all of our DDC control systems.
• Training classes available yearly to keep up-to-date with all of our control systems.
